Pomegranate Yogurt Parfait

The way we eat our cereals is changing, instead of eating the same thing every day we are mixing and matching, jazzing up old favourites and experimenting with new ingredients. We recommend trying yogurt in the morning instead of milk, the addition of pomegranate juice makes this parfait extra special, perfect for topping with our Muesli or clusters.

INGREDIENTS

ORGANIC YOGURT
A DRIZZLE OF HONEY
2 TBSP OF POMEGRANATE JUICE
A SPRINKLE OF TOASTED PUMPKIN SEED

TOPPING

CHIA MUESLI

METHOD

Add the pomegranate juice and honey to your yogurt bowl, and swirl just a little. Top with chia muesli or clusters and some pumpkin seed
