Acai is difficult to get but really adds a tropical feel to this frozen bowl of goodness. Acai is Brazillian and can often be found as a pulp in the frozen section of your local Brazillian speciality store. The cocoa nibs really make this dish really moreish and complement the sweetness of the fruit. This is the perfect healthy breakfast for a sunny morning.
INGREDIENTS
125G FROZEN BLUEBERIES
100G FROZEN ACAI
FROZEN BANANA (COURSLY CHOPPED)
125G NATURAL YOGHURT
QUARTER TEASPOON OF CINNAMON
2 TEASPOONS OF CHIA
2 TEASPOONS OF COCOA NIBS
2 TABLESPOONS OF GRATED COCONUT
METHOD
Simply blend and top with some of our golden clusters and some fresh fruit, for this recipe we used dragon fruit, raspberries and freshly grated coconut.
